How I Lost Weight Quickly!
"Throw the negative out the window along with the I can't be botherds and the I'll do it tomorrows! There is no better time than NOW. Be good to your body and it will love you back for it. I promise"
So the topic a lot of people wish to avoid (Your DIET) alongside something everyone wants? A quick solution! Do you like the way I lured you here?!
You will NOT see results in your body if you do not eat correctly! Those sly individuals that tell you they can eat whatever they want and still have a great body? It will eventually catch up to those people and half of the one's I know who say this are under the age of 21 in any case so their bodies remain small due to their fast metabolisms..
Now for the rest of us,
We cannot eat whatever we want and expect 20 minutes of daily exercise to get those abs! NO!
Have you ever wondered why you work out but still aren't seeing good enough results?
Let me explain why
It's because of your diet. There is a layer of fat covering the muscle, now if all you have been doing is eating cheeseburgers, fries, drinking soda and other foods fried in copious amounts of oil you are just adding to that layer of fat, no matter how much you work on your muscle because they are hidden under that layer of fat it will NEVER be seen! There is no point working out if you are going to continue eating that way.
So the solution to those abs, slim toned arms and sexy calves?
Cut the layer of fat down. This process is known as lowering your BMI (Body Mass Index)
The only way possible to lowering your BMI is to NOT feed your fat, You may want to look into starting off slow by lowering your daily calorie intake, the average woman's recommended daily intake for successful weight loss is around 1500. Some people aren't even eating near to this many calories, and I fell into that category and quickly realised It was sending my body into starvation mode meaning it clung onto every piece of food I was eating which slows down your metabolism which meant I wasn't able to lose weight quickly, In fact I had to increase my daily intake in order to speed up my metabolism. I would recommend you download an app called 'My Coach' which is what I used to track my calories and log my meals, you can scan barcodes if you aren't able to find your meal it is really a great app!
The next step I did was to lower my carbohydrate intake, this was breads, rice, pasta etc. I found cutting them out completely made me lose weight incredibly quickly but the second I had slipped up and treated myself to a few slices of bread or spoonfuls of rice I put weight back on even quicker o__0
So I would suggest you do not cut out carbohydrates completely, you can switch it up and include complex carbohydrates instead, (give it a google search) mainly things like wholemeal everything..brown bread, brown rice and such. But try to have meals consisting of mostly meat and fresh vegetables.
Once you have your calorie intake in place the idea is to burn more calories than you consume! With this mentality you will see results in no time.
These are the main points regarding your diet in this article! I don't want to scare anyone but you have to make a commitment if you want to see results. Throw the negative out the window along with the I can't be botherds and the I'll do it tomorrows! There is no better time than NOW. Be good to your body and it will love you back for it. I promise.
Keep motivated you beautiful people!!
