Seeing as it's just after Christmas and New Years which is genuinely the time everyone wants to lose weight either as a new year's resolution or just because they ate a little recklessly over the Christmas period (damn those pigs in blankets!)
As some of you may know I've gone from being a size 12 with a 29 inch waist and weighing 10 and a half stone to being in-between a 6 to 8 a 25.5 inch waist and weighing just over 9 stone which I am very happy with. It took just over 6 months with many ups and downs along the way, so I thought I would share some tips and advice with you all to get started or maintain your current fitness. My regime mostly consisted of low carbing, cardio, weight training and of course having a goal and determination. I will dedicate some pages so it is easier to navigate to what is relevant to you.
So I will explain the concept of Eating healthy and Eating Clean, Finding motivation, Gym work outs versus at home work outs, Weight training and Cardio exercises, and I may include some images with instructions on home work outs.
